Introductory Settling In Practice

This practice draws from attachment-informed and experiential approaches I use with my private clients, adapted here into a simple, accessible audio you can listen to anywhere.

In this free audio, you’ll experience:

• A slow, guided settling of the body and breath
• Support for emotional regulation without “trying to fix” anything
• A sense of inner steadiness you can return to during your day
• A practice that works even if meditation has never felt easy before

Set and setting:
Find a quiet spot, away from noise and distractions. You can listen sitting, lying down, or wherever feels most comfortable.

Choose the right voice for you:
I created two different versions of the same meditation, using a different voice for each. Check them both out and choose the one that feels the most soothing and calming to you.

Frequency:
As often as it feels right for you.
